Common buzzard? (1 Viewer)

Northern Poland, 23rd and 24th of July, 1 and 3 pm, the bird was sitting on the wire next to a road and a meadow. It was brown, with white/creamy belly, and it had brown stripes and spots on the belly. It had grey beak with yellow end. It's eyes were dark, probably brown, it was screaming. I think it is common buzzard, isn't it?

Unfortunately not, I don't have a good camera

I fyou could see all that detail with your eyes, a phone camera would be good enough.
