common redshank? Iraq, Jan 20223 (1 Viewer)

Hi, I think, based on bill length and bi-colour and shape and the uniform colour of the head that these photos show an adult non-breeding common redshank and that the yellowish cast to the legs and bill is an artifact or an issue with the camera or my interpretation of colour. However, your confirmation or correction would be most appreciated.
The photos were taken on the shores of Mosul Lake near the entrance to the dam on January 6, 2023 at about 2pm.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to look and comment.
