Diver ID Needed Scotland (1 Viewer)

I was watching what I thought were three red throated Divers yesterday, when I looked at the pictures later one of them seemed different , it was a lot darker and it seemed to be a chunkier bird, but now when I look at it more closely I think it might be a red throated Diver that is moulting into breeding plumage.

Hello,
I agree with your initial ID. Both or all three are Red throated Divers. You know, that there is more in a live bird, that can't be captured on pictures.
The chunky bird with the extensive darkish neck and head is a 2cy bird imo, the sleeker necked bird is more difficult for me. It seems an adult bird to me, but better wait for more comments.

Anyway all birds in your pictures a Red throated Divers for me, too
 
Not familiar with all the local species, but bill shape looks good for red-throated (not, say, <s>common</s> great northern) in all the photos.
