Just got back from D.R. and between rum drinks I grabbed some pictures of birds around the hotel area.
I tried my best looking stuff up so here goes

I agree but the carib grackle map is out of date. This species is common in the North of Colombia in areas like Santa Marta (town) now. Ebird gives a better indication
