The total of signatures for the Licensing of Upland Grouse Moors and Gamekeepers has now reached 9550. This has been achieved in major part by you, the UK's birders who find the current situation with raptor persecution in the UK unacceptable. Thank you all and to Bird Forum too for providing the means to reach you all ( and for tolerating my banging on about it on a regular basis!! ).
We're not quite there yet. Ideally 10000 signatures are needed in order to get a formal Government response. I've put out a Blog today
