Focus lost when I track flying birds from sky into noisy background (2 Viewers)

I have Canon R7 with RF 100-500 lense.
When I am tracking a bird, such as an Eagle across the sky, the focus is fine, but as soon as the background becomes busy with trees and other noise, the camera loses focus easily, and searches for focus again.

Are there any settings which can help with this issue?

Jon
