Am new enthusiast ignited by recent visits to Scottish Wildlife Trust centres at Loch o' Lowes and Montrose Basin. Everything's awesome to me since it's all new. Goldfinch- wow! Pheasant- wow! Teal duck's gold-triangled arse- head explodes!

Hi scotchmist and a warm welcome from me too. I don't live very far from Loch of the Lowes, but haven't been to Montrose for a few years now, sadly.

All things Scottish can be found here. Keep an eye on threads titled Scottish Bashes, we used to have one or two meetings each year and they were all great fun. Maybe we'll be able to start them up again before too long.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I hope to hear about all the birds you see when out and about.
