Dear Friends, I saw this bird in Pacific Adventist University. It looks like Willie Wagtail but lacks the white underparts. So is it a aberration or another species?

Thanks,

Nid

Yes, a Willie-wagtail. It has its breast/belly turned a bit away from the camera, but you can still see a bit of the white underparts, as Butty notes.

Agree with Willie-wagtail, but as you travel around, don't discount the possibility of Friendly Wagtail and a couple of Thicket-fantails (White-bellied and Black).
