Rummaging in the undergrowth and seeming smaller than the usual Ravens, could this be a Little Crow in Kings Park, Perth last November?

Almost certainly not. I think Little Crow is almost unheard of in Perth, so this is almost certainly an Aussie Raven. Structure of head and bill looks fine for raven also.
