Hoping you can help me ID the birds in this the 4th of 5 sets of the Yunnanese Leaf Warblers !

As usual apologies for the lo-res photos and weird angles. Either very heavy crops or taken in very low-light conditions and lightened.

This set are all from Gaoligongshan.

Altitude : Around ca. 1,750 - 2,500m (ca. 5,600 - 7,800 ft). Yunnan province near the border with Burma.

Thanks !
Kevin

Hi Kevin,

The first three look like your now old friend the Buff-barred Warbler.

I'll have a think about the remaining two but I'd suggest Phylloscopus forresti, the Sichuan Leaf-warbler.

Thanks yet again Mark ! I'm beginning to realise just how common, and widespread, the Buff-barred Warbler is in this area :t:

For the remaining 4-5 shots I have not yet ID'd I'll be comparing them closely to the Buff-barred Warbler and Sichuan Leaf-warbler so maybe I won't be needing your help again as far as Gaoligongshan goes !
