Hello. My wife and I are long time bird watchers here in South West Ontario, Canada. Our area is famous for the Spring warbler migration.

We have also birded in Costa Rica and Panama as well as Mexico and the Caribbean.

I joined because a recent freezing rain storm seems to have wipe out our birds at the back yard feeders. We hope they only migrated away from the storm but it was a whopper and I don't see that likely.

Welcome to Birdforum. I hope you enjoy your visits.

Hopefully your garden visitors will return once your weather improves.

Hi Barb and Dennis and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators. I do hope your birds return once the weather warms up a bit. (fingers crossed!)

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I look forward to hearing your news.
