Olympus E-M10 iii (1 Viewer)

I’ve just purchased the above camera and am looking for a digiscoping adapter for my Zarowski telescope.
I notice some adapters fit directly to the body camera what effect does this have on the picture quality?
Can anyone recommend a suitable adapter please.
