Parrot ID Drakes Bay, Costa Rica (2 Viewers)

Hello I took these photographs in March this year on my guided visit to Drakes Bay. I believe the first to be a Mealy Parrot the last photograph possible Orange-chinned Parakeet, please confirm ID.
