Pipit in Tajikistan, 1-1-24 (1 Viewer)

I called this American/Buff-bellied in the field based on its apparent light lores, posture (potbellied; drooping wings like a thrush, which I don't remember seeing from Water Pipits), and behavior (bobbing tail, again, more than I can remember seeing Water Pipits do). Am I right or have I misidentified just another Water Pipit?
