Raptor Photo IDs, Guangxi, China (2 Viewers)

A couple different birds to ID here, both seen at end of April in western Guangxi, China. Sorry about the terrible photo quality.
Photos 1-3 (856,857,858) : Long-tailed raptor. Gray-faced Buzzard would be more likely in this area, but shape seems more consistent with a harrier of some type?
Photos 4-6 (872, 875, 876): Crested Serpent Eagle or Oriental Honey Buzzard?
Thanks for any help you can give
Mike
