Rough-winged Swallows? - Eastern Ontario, Canada (1 Viewer)

This morning in eastern Ontario, Canada I saw the two birds pictured here. They were in the same tree and my first impression was rough-winged swallows, but now I'm not so sure. The throat plumage is different between them. Or maybe adult and Juvenile rough-winged swallows?

Yes, both look like Rough-winged Swallows. Can't speak to the age of the birds though, sorry.
