Others also correct I believe. From memory, there wouldn't be any alternative for the tree swallow at your location.

Hmm... you made me look closer and now I'm less sure. The breastband on the first bird is probably too much for Tree. I'd expect more white around the side of the face for Bank, but it's not a very good angle. Also Bank normally has a lighter forehead. I guess I would lean Bank on the first.

Face pattern looks more like Tree on the second, and we can't see the breastband well enough to make a judgement on that. The shape also looks more bulky than Bank, so I'd still say Tree for the second.
 
I agree with all the swallows as Tree.
I doesn't have a nice brown like a Bank would have, but a very dark brown, and shape feels wrong for Bank which is a slim bird. the band is also rather diffuse rather than distinct.
