Short-toed lark but which? Gallery and Spain (1 Viewer)

Dear all, the below image is currently the main image in the opus page for Mediterranean Short-toed Lark (formerly lesser). Photo taken April 2004. However, I read the comments as saying this might be a (greater) STL. So which species is it really?

Here are a couple of other photos of MSTL from the gallery, would any of these be better to represent the bird in the opus page?
