Sky Adventures Arenal Park birding route (1 Viewer)

Hi All, I need some recommendations/information about the best routing for an all morning (from sunrise, ideally) birding trekking at the Sky Adventure Arenal Park. I failed to find out which trails are the best to hit to find some of the Arenal specialities. As our two weeks Costa Rica trip focuses only on the northern areas (La Selva - Palo Verde NP - Monteverde triangle), we'd like to maximise our chances to add some sought after species like (at least for us), Lanceolated Monklet, Tody Motmot, White-crowned Manakin, Sharpbill, Ochre-breasted Antpitta, Bare-necked Umbrellabird or Three-wattled Bellbird. :) The eBird Hotspot does not include details of this area.

Questions:
Is there a map of the best trails available?
Do we need to book the Sky Trek package in order to enter the area?
Are there any alternative, yet productive trail around the adventure park to avoid bookings?

Any recommendations would be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot. :)
