Suthora nipalensis craddocki Bingham, 1903 OD here (no dedication) in The Ibis here with plate

The Eponym Dictionary of Birds claims:
Black-throated Parrotbill ssp. Suthora nipalensis craddocki Bingham, 1903
W. H. Craddock (1874–1964) was a British forestry officer in Burma (Myanmar) (1897) and Malaya (Malaysia) (1903).
The Key to Scientific Names
W. H. Craddock (1874-1964) British forestry officer in Burma and Malaya (subsp. Suthora verreauxi).

At least an ant is also named after him Polyrhachis craddocki Bingham, 1903 OD here.

I think it is William Hawkins Craddock (5. Sep 1874 in Calcutta- Dec. 1964 in Redding)
