SW Florida (USA) - Terns, confirmation? (1 Viewer)

Seen today at Bowditch Point, Fort Myers Beach. Migratory birds are showing up, despite sweltering conditions.
1) Forster's? Almost adult?
2) Both Commons? (Minus the Sandwich in the background.)

I believe the two in the second photo to be Sandwich Terns also. the yellow tip to the black bill leads me to think that.

Pale bill-tip is too small, legs wrong colour, dark carpal bar - so probably common terns.
