Well after a couple of weeks, where due to work, weather and family commitments, i have been unable to get out, it was nice to get out for the morning today. Visited a very flooded West Rise Marsh in search of the Penduline Tits which have been reported on and off for the last couple of weeks, eventually connected with one! Also great views of Bearded Tits, always a favourite, Water Pipits, a Kingfisher, a Marsh Harrier, Reed Buntings and plenty Stonechats among the supporting cast!
Many more pics and a fuller report of what was a highly enjoyable morning, on the Blog at the link
