White stork in east tilbury (1 Viewer)

Wishing birdwatching paid the bills.
United Kingdom
Im in Essex this weekend at the I'm laws and heard from the father in law that there was a stork in the field on the way back from East tilbury villiage walking back towards the main part of East tilbury with the big old BATA shoes factory. So walked up there keeping eye peeled to our right (up the hill away from the Thames) and there it was! Not sure if it's from the recent releases, couldn't see a ring but I didn't have any optics on me as I was only there to see West ham in the pub. Either way nice bird to see! Apparently it's been there for a while.
