Indian Golden Oriole - female (Oriolus kundoo)

The tinkling call of the Oriole is like that of a ventriloquist- difficult to place from which direction it is coming. The most stunning of our summer migrants. Orioles breed in Rajasthan in summer. Putting out water makes these skittish birds easier to photograph.
