A very good selection of species and theme interpretation. From the 76 entries this month these 30 have been selected for the for members to vote upon.

Please vote for your favourite 'Birds and Water' entry.

Entries can be viewed as -

Voting will take place over the next seven days after which entries will be moved to their respective forums.

Just voted..sorry Ian..just closed my eyes and picked one...yes for most of them are brilliant pictures..:'D...best of luck every one...i believe all are winners...:clap:Regards.

Super competition this month. So very difficult to choose, but a choice was made.
Good luck to all.

Can I just echo the comments above... every single photo was brilliant... but I think I chose the winner!!!

Big congrats to all photographers!

A hard vote! It was very difficult to pick one.....
I think some of the themes are a bit out of date.. am I the only one. This is a good theme but I think some of the more "funny" ones should be replaced....

We're always on the look out for new themes - so if you have any suggestions for consideration for next year!

Bear in mind though that they have to be achieveable for as many members as possible from as much of the world as possible.

In all honesty I'd have thought the voting would have been closer with so many top notch entries this month. Early on in the voting three entries were vying for the lead but it wasn't long before one shot ahead of the rest.

150 members cast their vote this month.

First place by a good lead goes to

AndyByron with Fighting Grebes with 41/150 votes :t:

Second place -

by Akihaka with New Day attracting 17/150 votes.

Third place -

raulqc with King rail and reflection attracting 15/150 votes.

Congratulations to the winners :t:

The entries will remain in place a few days before being moved to their respective forums.
