Birding in the Pico's (1 Viewer)

Hi

I'm off to the Pico's d'Europa next month for a family holiday and will have some birding time. I'm aware of the Fuente De site for Wallcreeper etc, but what other good birding sites are within an hour or two of Potes? I could supply a specif list of 'wants' I guess, but good general advise woulod be most welcome too....

Thanks

P

"Where To Watch Birds in North & East Spain" by Michael Rebane (ISBN 0-7136-4700-0) has a fair bit of information on the region. A revised 2nd edition is about due, which should be even better.

Alf,

Thanks, it was due to be published last week, but I'm not sure if this happened. Anyway, I have one on back-order.
