Evening all,last year I was talking to a fellow Yorkshire birder in Scotland about pied flycatchers and he told me that they are about at this time of year at Padley Gorge, Yorkshire/Derbyshire border,can any member confirm this and point me in the right direction. Many thanks Brian:t:

Sorry, Briwig, only just saw this. Yep, they're there. There's a good site guide on the Sheffield Bird Study Group site that will give you some tips - http://www.sbsg.org/sites/guide_padley.asp - although go quite quickly as when you get too far into June they're buggers to find.

There's quite a few at Strid Wood at the moment as well.
