I just saw this piece of kit advertised on the Zeiss website. Not that I want one or anything;). It´s a 30xw eyepiece and a digital camera. It says production is limited to 1,000 units. Has anyone used one?

Edit: sorry, I just found a thread all about it, and they´re all sold anyway. (Just as well....)

Sancho,

Also consider that Minox makes a similar device and it is significantly less in price. I even found one on sale for $200 at one popular New York "camera store".

I have seen some of the demo pics when the Minox device was attached to the Zeiss and it is of decent quality...nothing phenomenal but good enough for my eyes.
