The Eiao Reed Warbler Acrocephalus mendanae aquilonis is a subspecies of the Marquesas Reed Warbler. Less than 200 birds survived in the late 1980s but since then there was no new assessment. My question is now Is the Eiao Reed Warbler still alive or it is already extinct?
