Mid Wales Golden Eagle (1 Viewer)

I was in Mid Wales last weekend and saw a Golden Eagle with jesses on its legs, so obviously an escaped bird. Does anyone know of a recent sighting of same and was the one in the Aberystwyth area last winter truly wild? And if so what would the chances be of them meeting and possibly mating? (Assuming they are of the opposite sex of course).
