Seems that there has been a big movement of Jays on the continent (from a post on Eurobirdnet).
This seems to fit with the sighting I had yesterday of one in Abernethy Forest !! and one on the Moray coast this morning......(Jay does not normally occur in this part of the Highlands).
Anyone else seeing them? Any ideas as to why?
