Pied Wheatear needs some work! (1 Viewer)

Here's a cropped image of the Pied Wheatear that's been knocking about on the beach at Newbiggin, not far from where I live.

Being new to Dig-Scoping & Photoshop, what techniques should I use to improve this image quality........if anything?

Thanks

Alan
