Photographed in Mildura. I first thought the raptor was an wedge tail (I'm new to this) but don't think the colour is right now.

The parrots are a breeding pair

Welcome to BirdForum. 1&3 look like Whistling Kites to me. 2 is a pair of Red-rumped Parrots.

Raptors are Whistling Kites indeed, parrots as said.
