Would some of you digiscopers please give the distance from the bird with your photos. My husband will ask me "how far was it to the bird"? Huh, I haven't a clue, so please give the information once in a while. Thanks
 
Hi Wanda, I added distance in my Heron Moon compositie.
Many people crop the image to enlarge the subject for internet/monitor use, so distances can be deceptive.
I only post what I can print at fairly large sizes, few of my images are cropped.. what you see is what I see (generally) when taking the shot.
