Help identifying raptor (1 Viewer)

Hello-

I just joined the forums and would love some help identifying a raptor seen near my home. As picture in the link, the creature was seen in suburban Detroit earlier this month (March). It was mid morning. I love birds of prey but have little experience identifying and watching them. Thanks for your experienced eyes to help me learn more about this guy and appreciate him even more.

Best-

Caleb
