in august i wiil be in austria at tirol area.what birds are seen there? is Bearded Parrotbill common there?

Shalom omerta,
Bearded Reedling is rare in Tirol as there are almost no reedbeds: the really interesting avian communities are dominated by high altitude species with things like white-winged snowfinch, alpine chough, rock ptarmigan, spotted nutcracker, wallcreeper and alpine accentors being amongst the species that people tend to look for. western bonelli's warbler might still be about when you are here (might be interesting to compare with your eastern's).
happy birding,
Dale

Bearded Parrotbill is rather east of Vienna like lake Neusiedler See.

In Tirol I would look for alpine birds.
Golden Eagle, Black Groose, Alpine Accenture, Ptarmigan, Snow Finch, White-backed Woodpecker, Three-toed Woodpecker, Ring Ouzel, Nutcracker, Crag Martin, Alpine Chough.
Good idea is started bird watching near high villages like Kuehtai ( 2.000 m ), Luesens ( 1600 m ), Praxmar ( 1600 m ) huts like Lizumer Huette or near lift stations.
I do not know how expirienced your are in alpine hiking. Relativly easy is for instance Pirchkogel or Wetterkreuzspitze from Kuethai or Lampsenspitze from Praxmar.

From Innsbruck is not far to Mittenwald ( Germany ). There is a lift to Karwendelspitze. In opposite of restaurant is good place for Ptarmigan ( mostly You have to look 0,5 - 1 h because camouflage ), Snow Finch and Alpine Accenture is very high chance, also Golden Eagle good chance.
For Wall Creeper You have to pass the channel trough the mountain ( 10 min. ), but You need good luck.
Sometimes are also migration birds pass this area, I saw also Montagues Harrier there.
If You pass further north to lake Starnberger See, there is chance for loons. This year some are also in summer in this lake.
