Seen today at 11:15am, in the Oakengates Town Hall Car Park, Telford. Shropshire (behind Kenning Car & Van Rentals) there is a very vocal and approachable male Blackcap. There is a single shrub beneath the tall trees and he seems to have set up some sort of territory around it.
