What is the marking on this hawk? (1 Viewer)

I saw a pair of hawks sitting on a cell tower near where I work in Florida. I'm wondering what the white marking is on one of the hawks. I've got a zoom lens, but I'm not that good with cameras and it's a stormy day so the picture isn't so great.

Looks like some white feather(s) - an example of partial albinism / leucism. Fairly common in hawks as it doesn't significantly affect their ability to hunt or survive.

PS they're Red-tailed Hawks.
