Multi resident nesting boxes (1 Viewer)

I saw a picture of a multi perch nesting box on a website but there were no plans available. Basically it is a tall wooden box with one entry hole. Inside the box there are multiple perches (6 - 8). It is intended to provide warmth and protection for the birds during the winter months. In Toronto we get lots of snow and blizzarding conditions. If anyone has a plan or can direct me to a website plan it would be really appreciated.

I think that is what they call a "Roost Box" for a group of birds to roost in for warmth.
However, I have been wrong.
