Itchy feet
I have £600 saved for my trip to Ecuador in May. My airfare is paid for, as is the accommodation. I am not planning any shopping(!) so what would be a sensible amount to take for the 'essentials'? I will be taking US$ as Ecuador uses the US dollar.

I know there are no hard and fast answers, but any guidelines would be appreciated.
