Ive often wondered at the benefits of wildlife, nature and health. I think that for most of us at some point in our lives we will go through a period where we are suffering from stress, anxiety or other stress related ilnesses.
From my own personal experience medication does not heal the issues it only takes away some of the side effects and can create a resilience to the medication.

Osprey At Blithfield

Saturday morning 07.00hrs peering out of Tad bay hide into the bright sunlight , a shout goes up Osprey!!. Looking up into the sky there it was a first for me and in my own neck of the woods even better . I was amazed at the wingspan of this magnificant bird and the ease with which it glided in the sky.After the eleation of this I thought that would be it but a sudden panic on the shoreline saw a Peregrine flash from left to right at very high speed , watching the Peregrine put me in a bit of a...

Eerie Gulls!!!

Walking the dogs this morning very early 05.00, and out of the dark came the slightly unnerving sound of Gulls. Looking up to the sky I could see a large group of Gulls almost Pterodactyl like flying in formation .
This site woke me up from my stumbling slumber and the prospect of eight hours sat in the office today when I could be out birding didn't seem quite as bad!
A little encounter with nature like this really does make the start to your day a little brighter.
