Iceland Reykjanes Sólbrekka 24th of November (1 Viewer)

Well at 10:30 i was in Sólbrekka and there was lot of Thrushes both Redwings Blackbirds and Fieldfares at the site and among them two European Robins and one Eurasian woodcock.

And i putted out a feeding table 300 meters east of the main spot to keep the seeds from the ground to try to lure in the WWC in good photorange as i see the Crossbills like to eat away from the ground

after around one hour there ii saw birds flying around the Table and at the moment the winter sun came up for about hour so i vent over there and there where the Crossbills feeding on the Table and the WWC with them ;)

as i came closer they flew and vent up to the next Pine tree and the light was perfect and the range from 5 to 8 meters so i got the Shots i have been waiting for :t:

Set up the third feeding spot in the area and fill all stations up with Seed Apples and Raisins :king:

quite a good day

i also saw Gyrfalcon on the Site and three Merlins but as the small birds has lot of woodland to hide in i think there will be a little sucsess for the BOP to hunt there :eek!:

untill tomorrow

All the Best
