Borrowed the wifes car in order to see the Bluetail. Arrived and there were 50 or so 'numpties' sat waiting for it to appear after it had flown along the hedge. After 5 mins with them i decided to investigate further up. The bird flew from the hedge not 100m further South along the hedge flying toward me, turned on its heel and flew toward Old fall plantation. I arrived there telling the birders that were scattered who then relocated it. It showed repeatedly but briefly for the next 10 mins before flying around the plantation and disappearring. I gopt fantastic views in the same place as the Brown Fly not long previous. Eventually the numpties appeared at the plantation but proceded to set their gear up looking the wrong way up the hedge because someone saw a robin. Genius! p.s. im not having a dig if you were present, was just funny to watch, even when people were told where the bird had been/flown.
