Very attractive orange colouration! It looks great on that conifer (interesting how well manicured the perch happened to be)!

There were people from all over Sweden coming to have a look for the bird. It is in a private winter garden so we had to stay outside the hedges. There is a feeder outside their kitchen window and the bird was discovered last December.

Many poor pictures due to grey weather and rain and snow. This was the only sunny day

WOW, gorgeous Oriole and a stunning close-up Aladdin. Exquisite!
Thanks! I was really lucky, the bird been there since December and most of the pictures taken is of the bird at the feeder covered by branches. This day it was sunshine and the bird came out to enjoy the sun

A beautiful image of this Oriole Aladdin!
Thank you!

I have taken many pictures and spent time in the cold waiting for the bird to come out to eat apples in the feeder. This day I got out of the car and I spotted the bird enjoying the sunshine.

I took a few pictures and I knew it would not get any better and I got back in the car after 5 minutes.

The bird been there since December and there must have been thousands of bird watchers taking pictures from outside the hedge.

So you would think the owners would be feed up but when I left the owner came out to tell me that the bird was out again if I wanted a picture. I told him that I already had one. He told me that the bird lived in the bush and came out to eat and then hiding for an hour
