I'm sure it is a Wagtail, and a juvie one, the problem is to say what kind of Wagtail. This doesn't look like ours in W Europe, so I think it might be a Citrine Wagtail or one of the Eastern varieties of Yellow Wagtail. I leave it to the experts. |=)|
 
Delightful pose and shot...no idea on the id, did you try posting it in the ID section? Usually you will have a response in a few seconds...
