A little wattlebird told me.
We were watching our backyard friends enjoy the bird-bath tonight, when these two joined us. Initial thought was red wattlebirds that were frequent visitors, but not seen for some time. A closer look shows they are Little Wattlebirds, seen elsewhere, but not recorded in the our yard before.
Habitat
Drier, often scrubby, habitats such as banksia heaths, forests, woodlands and urban parks and gardens.
