A long shot...

Something i'd not done for a year or two, was digiscoping, as the DSLR as taken over in recent times, so, brushing off layers of dust from the scope, i had a wander round in the sun on Sunday afternoon to see if it was as tricky as i remembered, it was! Though to be fair i did also take a couple of shots of this bird with the DSLR & it looked like a little dot in the frame, so there are advantages, assuming there are no 'invisible' twigs in the way :) Anyway the occasional bird did stay still long enough for me to spend '10 minutes' trying to locate it through the angled scope & to take a few shots.

Almost time to leave work, after a hard day looking busy :) Thanks for your comments, much appreciated. The pic is maybe not as sharp, digiscoped, as it would have been if taken with a DSLR, but eh, was only a little spec in the DSLR viewfinder :) Thanks again. Mike
