A rare garden visit
A couple of days before this I thought I'd caught a glimpse of one, but the view was so brief I wasn't sure, with my eyes still recovering from the op and new specs on order.

Siskins have been a very occasional autumn visitor up till now when this female and another dropped in, the first I'd seen for a few years and this is Spring, not autumn. Guess the cold weather had brought them into town.
