This is a levely capture but it is definitely not a forest buzzard. This is a juvenile African Goshawk - maybe just a different individual.

I have wondered about this and I think you are correct . The strnge thing is these type of birds noemally return to their hunting groud and I have not seen a adult goshawk in the garden ever. But again I do think you are correct.
