After being attacked by Noisy Miner

I think this is a Spotted Turtle Dove, after being attacked by a group of up to 10 noisy miners. If I did not step in to fend away the noisy miner, I am sure this dove will be dead. He flew off into the bush as I tried to take it to the vet.

These guys seem to get it from all sorts. I've encountered them injured by others often, and even attacked by Rainbow Lorikeets. Nice record and maybe it'll fight another day.

Noisy miners show no mercy in clearing their chosen territory, hopefully it learned the lesson and won't stray there again.
